Job Role & Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to student enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups Explain courses, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process clearly to parents and students Maintain accurate call logs, enquiry data, and follow-up records in CRM/Excel Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with academic counsellors Follow daily calling targets and conversion plans provided by management Support admission campaigns, seminars, and walk-in enquiries Ensure professional, polite, and confident communication at all times Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹10,000.00
