Company: Insure Insight Location: Noida Sector-62 Experience: Fresher – 2 years About Insure Insight Insure Insight is a corporate insurance consulting organization based in Noida, Sector 62. We specialize in providing tailored risk management and insurance solutions to businesses across industries. Our expertise spans a wide range of corporate & retail insurance products, including marine, fire, liability, cyber, home, and other customized coverage solutions. We work closely with our clients to understand their unique business risks and ensure they are protected with the right policies, going beyond just coverage to deliver strategic insurance advisory and end-to-end support. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will work across operations and Sales functions. This is a blended role where the candidate will support backend insurance processes while also assisting in client interactions and business development activities (without sales targets) for both corporate & retail products. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain end-to-end exposure in corporate insurance consulting. Key Responsibilities Operations & Backend Support
- Maintain and update client data, policy records, and documentation
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist in business development, coordination and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Track ongoing business and ensure timely closure of renewals/new business proposal
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and internal updates
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation Client Coordination & Business Development (Non-Targeted, Corporate & Retail)
- Support in lead generation through research, LinkedIn, and databases
- Assist in reaching out to prospective clients via email/phone for both corporate & retail insurance
- Schedule meetings with corporate clients (HR/Admin/Finance teams)
- Coordinate for client meetings and follow-ups
- Work closely with senior team members during discussions and proposals
- Maintain CRM and track interaction history Skills Required
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email etiquette
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Positive attitude and professional approach Preferred Profile
- B.Com / BBA / MBA / Graduate in any stream
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Internship exposure in operations, sales, or BFSI is a plus What This Role is NOT
- No hard sales targets or pressure-based selling
- Not a pure backend or data-entry role
- Not a field sales-heavy role What We Offer
