Production Manager (Imt Manesar)

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Production Manager ONLY
- Experience in Furniture Manufacturing is mandatory
- Must have independently handled the entire production department Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for complete factory production operations — from planning to final dispatch — and must be capable of handling the department independently without supervision. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end production planning and execution
- Achieving daily production targets and avoiding delays
- Complete shop floor management (cutting, assembly, polishing, finishing)
- Manpower handling (workers and supervisors)
- Material planning and wastage control
- Quality control and rejection minimization
- Machine efficiency and downtime management
- Daily MIS reporting and production tracking
- Coordination with Design, Purchase, and Dispatch teams
- Driving productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing processes
- Leadership and strong team management skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Excel Qualification
- Graduation (preferred) Salary
- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and interview) Pay: ₹40,000.00
