We are seeking a driven and strategically strong Account Manager Mainline to lead and manage ATL/BTL brand mandates. The ideal candidate will bring solid advertising agency experience, robust client relationship skills, and the ability to drive business retention and growth within the Mainline cluster. This role requires a balance of client servicing excellence, strategic thinking, execution oversight, and revenue responsibility.

Key Responsibilities: Client Leadership & Servicing Act as the primary point of contact for assigned mainline clients Build long-term, trusted client relationships Ensure seamless communication between client and internal teams Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues Strategy & Campaign Development Understand clients business objectives and develop aligned advertising strategies Lead campaign planning across Print, TV, Outdoor, Retail, Packaging and other ATL/BTL formats Present campaign proposals and creative concepts confidently to clients Collaborate closely with Copy, Art, Design, and Production teams Business Retention & Growth Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities Ensure business retention and contribute to current business pitches Support revenue targets within the Mainline cluster structure Project & Financial Management Manage timelines, budgets, and scope of work Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights Ensure profitability and operational efficiency of accounts Experience & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in advertising agency (Mainline experience preferred) Solid understanding of ATL/BTL campaigns and brand communication Experience handling large-format mainline brands Proven track record in managing client budgets and financial aspects of projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mfafy
