Packaging Executive (Sohna)

Job Description – Packaging Executive Role Purpose The Packaging Executive is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are packaged correctly, hygienically, and in alignment with company SOPs and brand standards. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring order accuracy, minimizing packaging errors, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the packaging area. Key Responsibilities ● Package all orders as per SOP, ensuring correct items, accompaniments, and branding. ● Perform QC checks before sealing and dispatch. ● Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the packaging station throughout the shift. ● Use packaging materials as per FIFO to minimize wastage. ● Flag any shortages in packaging material to the Senior Packaging Executive immediately. ● Follow instructions from the Shift Manager and Senior Packaging Executive for priority/bulk orders. ● Ensure branding elements (labels, cutlery, seals) are present and consistent. Deliverables ● Error-free packaging of orders with no missing/wrong items. ● Zero hygiene lapses at the packaging station. ● Accurate usage of packaging material with minimal wastage. ● Real-time escalation of shortages and issues. Requirements:
- Qualifications:- 12th Pass
- Experience:- Minimum 0-1 Years KPIs / Measurables ● Order Accuracy ≥ 98%. ● Packaging Error Rate ≤ 1%. ● Packaging Station Hygiene Score ≥ 95%. ● Wastage ≤ 1% of issued stock. Cadence ● Start of Shift – Set up packaging station, check stock, ensure hygiene compliance. ● During Shift – QC all orders, follow SOPs, escalate shortages/issues. ● End of Shift – Clean station, reconcile stock with Senior Packaging Executive, report wastage. ● Weekly – Attend refresher SOP training and feedback sessions.
