We are looking for an empathetic and articulate Telesales Executive to join our team. The primary role is to connect with existing or potential customers to provide information, address queries, and foster long-term relationships without the pressure of strict daily sales quotas. The focus is on quality interaction, brand representation, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Initiate calls to potential/existing customers to explain products, services, or special offers, aiming for engagement rather than instant sales.
- Lead Management: Update customer records in the CRM system and follow up on warm leads or existing enquiries.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with clients to encourage trust and repeat business.
- Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact to handle customer inquiries, grievances, or doubts.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or site visits for the senior sales team.
- Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of all conversations and client information in the company database. Key Requirements & Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in required languages (e.g., English, Hindi gujarati ).
- Patience & Empathy: Ability to handle calls patiently and understand customer needs without being pushy.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Professionalism: Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times to uphold company reputation.
- Experience: Fresher-friendly, or 0–6 month of experience in telecalling, customer service, or outbound calling. This is a non- target job. Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00
