Head of Maintenance (Rohtak)

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the complete fleet maintenance function across locations- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance systems to improve vehicle uptime- Manage workshops, service vendors, breakdown handling, and spare inventory- Drive maintenance cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives- Implement maintenance SOPs, compliance processes, and governance standards- Coordinate with operations teams for fleet availability and service scheduling- Monitor vehicle health, maintenance records, and warranty management- Develop vendor/service partner network and improve service quality- Implement maintenance MIS, KPI dashboards, and reporting systems- Ensure safety, statutory, and operational compliance standards- Build and manage maintenance teams across operational sites Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lui1x
