Project Management Instructor (Rohtak)

About the Role ENGAGETAL is redefining how engineering students transition into the skilled world. We are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and industry-aware Project Management Instructor to lead our intensive 2-day on-campus workshops.

This is a performance-driven role. You will not be teaching behind a desk; you will be commanding auditoriums of 200–300 students, breaking down complex management frameworks into actionable industry skills.

Key Responsibilities Deliver high-impact 4-hour workshops (split over 2 days) at various engineering college campuses. Teach the latest PMBOK® standards, ensuring students understand both traditional and agile methodologies. Transform theoretical concepts into "Resume-Ready" project knowledge. Manage large-scale classroom dynamics and lead engaging Q&A; sessions.

Who You Are Technical Proficiency: You are thoroughly updated with the latest PMBOK® structure and project management tools (Jira, Trello, AI-Project tools). Commanding Presence: You have the confidence and voice to handle a crowd of 300 people without losing engagement. Elite Communication: You can simplify complex jargon into "street-smart" logic that 2nd-year students can grasp instantly. Keen to Travel: You are excited about visiting different campuses across the region to deliver these sessions in person. Experience: Prior teaching experience is preferred, but we value "Communication Power" above all. If you can speak and you know the subject, we want you.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: ₹1,000 per hour of active teaching. Earn as you teach: A standard 20-hour teaching schedule in a month nets you ₹20,000 as a part-time engagement.

Travel & Logistics: All travel and accommodation expenses for campus visits are fully covered by ENGAGETAL.
