About Navixx Mobitech India Private Limited Navixx Mobitech India Private Limited is a professionally managed electric vehicle manufacturing company setting up EV production facilities in Rohtak, Haryana and Parbhani, Maharashtra. The company is being built on solid systems, defined processes, professional management and a long-term vision in the electric mobility sector. Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, organised and execution-focused Executive Assistant to Founders for our Rohtak location. The selected candidate will work directly with the Founders and support them in managing schedules, meetings, important follow-ups, internal coordination, documentation and management reporting. This is not a routine secretarial role. The candidate must be capable of tracking important tasks, coordinating with different departments and ensuring that decisions taken by the Founders are followed through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founders’ meetings, appointments, schedules and priority tasks.
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
- Convert meeting decisions into transparent action points with responsibility and timelines.
- Maintain pending-task trackers and follow up regularly for timely closure.
- Coordinate with departments such as plant operations, sales, procurement, HR, accounts, administration and service.
- Collect updates from concerned team members and prepare management review summaries.
- Draft professional emails, internal communications, follow-up messages and reports.
- Maintain important documents, records and confidential management information.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, agencies and other external stakeholders, as required.
- Assist the Founders in tracking business setup activities and operational priorities for the company. Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Coordinator, Founder’s Office Executive, Personal Assistant to Director/Promoter or similar role.
- Experience of working directly with senior management will be preferred.
- Candidates from manufacturing, automobile, EV, corporate office or growing business organisations will be preferred. Required Skills
- Strong follow-up and task-closure ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to prepare MOMs, reports, trackers and professional emails.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Email and Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a structured, process-driven environment.
