Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Manager with expertise in Aluminium Truss Manufacturing and metal fabrication operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production activities, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, improving efficiency, and leading shop floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete production operations for aluminium truss manufacturing

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

• Ensure timely completion of production targets and dispatches

• Supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, and inspection processes

• Monitor production quality and implement quality control standards

• Optimize manpower utilization and production efficiency

• Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Design, and Dispatch departments

• Maintain production reports, inventory records, and MIS documentation

• Reduce wastage, downtime, and production delays through process improvements

• Ensure implementation of safety standards and factory discipline
