ISBM Machine Operator – Delta 80 (Jhajjar)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ISBM Machine Operator for operating and handling Delta 80 Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) machines used in PET bottle and plastic packaging production. The candidate will be responsible for machine operations, production monitoring, quality checks, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth production processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Delta 80 ISBM machines during production.
- Handle PET bottle manufacturing processes efficiently.
- Perform machine setup, parameter setting, and mold changing.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are maintained.
- Inspect finished products for defects, leakage, weight, and finish quality.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper raw material handling and machine cleanliness.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures.
- Minimize rejection and material wastage. Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in ISBM / IBM / PET bottle manufacturing.
- Experience operating Delta 80 or similar ISBM machines preferred.
- Knowledge of PET bottle production and mold handling.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts. Preferred Industry:
