Urgent Hiring – HR Cum Assistant Company: R K Life Care Inc. Location: Jhajjar, HaryanaIndustry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing We are looking for a confident, responsible candidate for the profile of HR Cum Assistant for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit located in Jhajjar, Haryana. We are looking for a candidate who can independently handle factory employees, maintain HR-related work, coordinate between Head Office (Rohini, Delhi) and Factory (Jhajjar, Haryana), and assist the company management in daily operations and communication. Job Responsibilities:- HR & Employee Management
- Handle day-to-day factory works and manage workforce issues.
- Maintain employee discipline and proper workplace coordination.
- Understand employee concerns and resolve issues in a practical and professional manner.
- Maintain attendance; leave records, joining formalities, and employee-related documents.
- Handle labor-related documentation and compliance work.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, ESI, PF, and employee compliance is required.
- Candidate should be confident and capable of handling tough situations when required. Administrative & Assistant Work
- Assist company management in meetings, follow-ups, and coordination work.
- Maintain communication and coordination between Head Office and Factory.
- Keep proper updates of meetings, pending tasks, and official correspondence.
- Support management in routine office and operational work.
- Maintain proper records, files, and important documents.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate with basic Pharma background or Pharma industry understanding will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with action-oriented working style.
- Strong responsibility handling capability.
- Candidate should be confident in speaking and capable of managing factory staff effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation handling skills required. Working Details- Duty Timing: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Sunday Off Transportation Facility
- Daily company vehicle facility will be provided from a suitable pickup point at 8.30 a.m. near Pitampura, Delhi to Jhajjar Factory and drop timing will be 6.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.at the same point from where the pickup done.
- Company management/boss will also travel daily with the same arrangement. Accommodation Option
- If the candidate is comfortable relocating to Jhajjar, company PG accommodation can also be arranged.
- Otherwise, daily Delhi-to-Jhajjar up-down facility will continue as mentioned above. Salary Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month(Final salary will be decided during interview based on skills, experience, and overall suitability.) We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and solid-minded candidate who can handle responsibilities efficiently and become a dependable part of the company operations. Pay: ₹25,000.00
