. Weekly meetings with village heads and community leaders to ensure good rapport . Explore, identify and plan projects/ interventions as per community need and feasibility . Preparation of project proposal with need and expected outcome for management approval . Projects approval, timely execution and payment to agency. Coordination with village heads, key village leaders and other stakeholders for smooth execution of projects . Location presentations -department progress,updates and write-ups for senior management review . Coordinate for location based activities for impact assessment, Audit, grievance register. Coordination with internal stakeholders (Plant, HR, Vigilance and others) . Coordination with external stakeholders ( Panchayat, Municipal Corporation, Education, Health&other Governent departments) Technical/ Functional: . Mapping community need assessment . Project approval, tender process and execution . Impact assessement and course correction . Managing community relationship . Powerpoint Presentations, MS Excel and basic online tools Behavioral: . Patient and hard working. Leading effectively . Planning, organising and executing . Conceptual thinking and Analytical ability . Networking and partnership Educational Qualification: MBA / MSW from TISS / XISS or any reputed institute Location: Rohtak, Haryana
