We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – US Audit to lead audit engagements, drive quality and compliance, and manage client relationships across NPO, EBP, and financial audits. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic oversight, and robust leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and final review of audits for NPO, EBP, and financial audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS Oversee risk assessments and ensure robust audit plans are developed and executed Evaluate internal controls and provide strategic recommendations for improvement Review audit documentation, findings, and reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance Analyze financial statements and guide teams in identifying key risks and irregularities Manage client relationships, including presenting audit findings and resolving complex queries Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and legal requirements Lead, mentor, and develop teams; drive performance, training, and technical upskilling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and efficient client solutions Drive process improvements, standardization, and adoption of best practices in audit methodology Stay updated on evolving US GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory changes and ensure firm-wide alignment

Requirements 5+ years of experience in US Audit (NPO, EBP, and Financial Audits preferred) Solid expertise in US GAAP, GAAS, and auditing frameworks Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple audit engagements Robust client handling and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Proficiency in audit tools and MS Office (Excel, Word) Ability to manage deadlines in a rapid-paced environment Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m8z3l
