Branch Manager Kattakkada

Fund Mobilization & Business Development Develop and implement strategies to mobilize deposits, savings, and investment funds from individuals, businesses, and institutions. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual fund mobilization targets. Identify and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporates, and community organizations. Promote financial products such as fixed deposits, recurring deposits, savings accounts, and investment schemes. Conduct customer outreach programs, financial awareness sessions, and promotional campaigns to attract recent depositors. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and depositors. Provide financial guidance to customers regarding suitable savings and investment options. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Branch Operations Management Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Ensure proper cash management, record keeping, and transaction monitoring. Maintain high service standards and ensure adherence to operational procedures. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff including sales officers, relationship managers, and operations staff. Set individual sales and deposit mobilization targets for team members. Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and motivation programs to improve productivity. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and financial reporting standards. Monitor branch activities to prevent fraud, operational risks, and regulatory violations. Maintain proper KYC and documentation standards. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor local market trends and competitor activities related to deposit and investment products. Prepare and submit periodic business and performance reports to the regional/head office. Recommend recent products or marketing initiatives based on local market needs.
