Creative Coordinator (Poovachal)

Job Title: Creative Coordinator Department: Marketing Location: Trivandrum Job Summary: The Creative Coordinator will support the marketing and design teams by managing creative projects from concept to completion. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external agencies, maintains brand consistency, and assists in the execution of marketing campaigns, visual assets, and promotional materials. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day creative projects including digital, print, and video content.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all materials align with brand tone, style, and quality standards.
- Liaise with external vendors, photographers, printers, and creative agencies.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative brief preparation.
- Track project timelines, approvals, and feedback to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support social media, digital marketing, and event branding activities.
- Maintain a repository of creative materials and marketing collateral.
- Prepare reports on creative project status, deliverables, and performance metrics. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or media coordination role.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen eye for detail and creativity. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital content production or social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with video editing coordination or production scheduling.
- Vendor management and budgeting skills.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. Pay: ₹25,000.00
