Graphic Designer (Park Circus)

Position: 2D Graphic Designer & Visualiser Location: Kolkata Industry: Weddings, Luxury Events & Corporate Experiences Experience Required: 2–5 years in a Creative Agency or Event Management Company Type: Full-time Travel: Rarely (for event, if required) About the Role: We’re hiring a creative, detail-driven 2D Graphic Designer & Visualiser to join our in-house design team at Goodshine Concept Creation Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in design principles, be proficient in event-related creative development, and bring concepts to life with compelling visuals across print, digital, and event formats. This role is for someone who understands the aesthetics of weddings and corporate events, has a sharp design sense, and is also digitally savvy. You'll collaborate with our strategy and production teams to deliver experiences that are bold, elegant, and immersive. Key Responsibilities:
- Design event branding elements including invites, stage backdrops, signage, collaterals, and social media creatives
- Visualize moodboards, themes, and on-ground setups using SketchUp or other layout tools
- Design and conceptualize unique logos and visual identities based on event themes or brand briefs
- Ensure consistency of color usage, theme alignment, and high visual impact across formats
- Work on corporate presentations and wedding decks using PowerPoint and Adobe tools
- Develop visual content for digital platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design vision aligns with client expectations
- Stay updated on current trends in event design, color palettes, and digital aesthetics
- Occasionally assist with on-ground event execution if required Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Suite – with robust skills in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of CorelDraw for print and layout design
- Hands-on experience in SketchUp with the ability to visualize setups and create mock-ups
- Proven ability to create logos and original design concepts from scratch
- Strong grasp of color theory, aesthetics, and how to blend design with emotion and experience
- Prior experience in wedding design and corporate visual communication is a must
- Adept at social media management, with basic knowledge of content sizing and platform-specific trends
- Any knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Maya or 3D Max) is a bonus
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
