- 30-35k Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive for our Jwellery industry client to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, HRMS management, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation. Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS. Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions. Support employee engagement and resolve routine employee queries. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance. Desired Candidate Profile 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and generalist functions. Practical knowledge of HRMS and payroll processes. Valuable understanding of HR operations and employee relations. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Pay: ₹25,000.00
