Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
- Ensure timely closures of assigned positions.
- Maintain regular communication with the internal team and candidates. Skills Required
- Experience in IT recruitment and technical hiring.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet closure deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and hiring trends. Compensation Model
- Revenue Sharing / Commission-Based Model
- Attractive percentage payout on successful closures.
