Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and social media. Screen and shortlist suitable candidates as per client requirements. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates. Ensure timely closures of assigned positions. Maintain regular communication with the internal team and candidates.

Skills Required Experience in IT recruitment and technical hiring. Robust sourcing and screening skills. Valuable communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and meet closure deadlines. Knowledge of IT technologies and hiring trends.

Compensation Model Revenue Sharing / Commission-Based Model Attractive percentage payout on successful closures. No fixed salary – earnings based on performance and closures.
