- Kalike About Kalike: Kalike, an Associate Organization of TATA Trusts strives to facilitate deep, large-scale and long-term impact on the quality of life through interventions in education and livelihoods in Yadgir and neighboring districts in northern Karnataka. Under its long-term vision as an institution, by converging with other portfolios and various government departments and Non-Profit Organizations, Kalike seeks to address these interrelated domains, while keeping Education as a core area of focus. Currently, Kalike has been focusing on ensuring quality education to the rural and deprived children in Yadgir & Koppal district, Karnataka. . -TITAN KSP-KN Program Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities
· Implement the regular activities of life skills education, vocational skill sessions, career planning sessions, and career guidance sessions in your respective Girls Hostels and High Schools .
· Organize and participate in Health Camps and MHM sessions events at all respective Hostels .
· Design and develop teaching learning materials (TLMs)
· Attend and share experiences in regular/weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings.
· Timely conduct assessment/test exercises for secondary students.
· Prepare and share Monthly, quarterly, half yearly ,case studies and annual field reports /updates as per the requirement with the reporting officers
· Provide support and training on project orientation to head teachers of secondary schools.Hostel Wardens , DDS etc..
· Conduct career guidance follow-up visits with students to motivate and raise awareness among them about the importance of education for their children.
· Ensuring timely submissions/update and followed the accurate Management information system (MIS) in secondary schools

The key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage overall communications for the Parag Initiative (Tata Trusts).
- Oversee audio, video, photo, and content documentation of events and workshops (includes travel).
- Anchor the development of Parag’s new website.
- Manage and regularly update the website.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors, including website and design agencies, as well as photographers, videographers, editors, and graphic designers.
- Ideate and execute communication and outreach materials across formats.
- Communicate program outcomes through campaigns, launches, and outreach across social and print media.
- Collaborate with dissemination, research, and advocacy team members on social media campaigns.
- Document program impact through case studies, reports (quarterly/annual), and impact stories. Job Requirements Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Indian children’s literature ecosystem
- Expertise in written storytelling
- Experience in internal and external communications
- Website development and management Core Competencies
· Strong execution ability with attention to detail
· Solid understanding of website development processes
· Proficiency in social media strategy (including Instagram and LinkedIn content creation)
· Excellent writing and storytelling skills for stakeholder engagement
· Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills across geographies
· Ability to multitask and proactively follow up with stakeholders
· High proficiency in English and Hindi (reading and writing)
