Corporate Communications Manager (Mehdipatnam)

St. Joseph's Group of Colleges is seeking a energetic and experienced Corporate Communications Manager who will lead and manage all internal and external communications for our institution. This role is critical in shaping the college’s brand image, strengthening trust among stakeholders, and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all platforms. Key Responsibilities1. Internal Communication
- Drive employee engagement through newsletters, announcements, and leadership communication
- Plan and execute town halls, internal campaigns, and HR communications
- Ensure clarity and alignment across all departments 2. External Communication & PR
- Manage media relations, press releases, and public announcements
- Build strong relationships with journalists and media houses
- Represent the institution in public communication initiatives 3. Executive Communication
- Draft speeches, presentations, and official communication for leadership
- Manage LinkedIn presence and thought leadership content for senior management 4. Crisis Communication
- Handle sensitive situations with structured communication strategies
- Draft official statements and coordinate with leadership during crises 5. Brand & Reputation Management
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across website, brochures, and campaigns
- Oversee content for institutional branding and marketing initiatives 6. Digital & Social Media Communication
- Manage official social media platforms and content strategy
- Strengthen online presence and employer branding 7. Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate communication with students, parents, partners, and external stakeholders
- Support institutional presentations and outreach initiatives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00
