Description
- Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Counsel candidates regarding training programs, career opportunities, and placement perks.
- Conduct virtual counselling sessions, presentations, and demo coordination.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert interested candidates into successful enrolments.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities effectively.
- Reconnect with inactive or pending leads from CRM databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and partners.
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
- Coordinate with finance and collections teams for payment follow-ups and loan/EMI support.
- Maintain accurate lead and enrolment data in CRM systems.
- Work closely with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Submit daily reports, pipeline updates, and performance trackers to the reporting manage Pay: ₹20,000.00
