Our expertise lies in lead generation, storytelling, branding, and high-impact digital campaigns. Role Overview We are looking for a results-oriented Social Media Strategist who can go beyond posting content and focus on driving engagement, leads, and brand growth. This role requires a mix of creative thinking + performance mindset + data analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and oversee high-quality content (reels, posts, carousels, ad creatives)
- Drive lead generation and engagement growth, not just followers
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using analytics and performance data
- Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams
- Manage posting calendars, campaign launches, and brand consistency
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record of handling brand accounts or client pages
- Strong understanding of content strategy + performance metrics
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, scheduling tools
- Ability to write clear, engaging content (English is mandatory)
- Experience in lead generation campaigns via social media Good-to-Have
- Experience in running paid social campaigns
- Basic understanding of performance marketing
