The Growth Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth strategies across digital and offline touchpoints to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Ebani Tech’s products and solutions. We are looking for a growth-focused marketer who can generate enterprise opportunities, build demand-generation funnels, drive founder branding, create industry thought leadership, and support sales conversion efforts. The ideal candidate understands B2B technology marketing and can bridge the gap between marketing activities and revenue outcomes. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing, with experience designing and executing data-driven acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
- Strong Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills to track funnels, cohorts, and campaign performance.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools and workflows to design lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement journeys.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to prioritize initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
