Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking as per recipes and standards. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. Ensure proper storage of raw materials and food items. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area. Monitor food quality and portion control. Operate kitchen equipment safely. Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices. Assist in reducing food wastage. Coordinate with Commi III and helpers for smooth operations. Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Required Skills Basic cooking knowledge. Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Ability to work in a team. Time management and discipline.

Qualification Diploma / Certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred. 1–3 years of kitchen experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹28,000.00 per month
