Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Barasat, West Bengal Company: Need82 Travels Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have solid sales, client acquisition, and business strategy experience with the ability to identify recent opportunities and generate revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
- Identify and acquire new clients, partnerships, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and performance targets
- Expand the company’s network and strengthen brand presence in the market
- Maintain regular follow-ups and long-term client engagement Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in revenue generation and client acquisition
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Skills:
- Strong corporate networking abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team coordination experience
