B E in Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical Engineering, minimum 1– 2 / 3 - 4 Years of experience in manufacturing industry. Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes Knowledge of SAP-PP Module. Knowledge of MOST Technique. Proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Good Communication SkillsCo-operation and Team Work Planning and Co-ordination Ensure Process Planning and Structure Preparation for Machine Shop&Assembly activities. Generate data base in SAP for routing and related mater data. Ensure Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study / estimation / comparison method). Update/ Revise various Routings as per requirement&feed back. Execute the action plan for process and productivity improvements with quality assurance. Co-ordinate with machine shop, QA, Store for daily Shop activities. Coordinate 5S activities&work on various MIS reports
