Description
Role: Customer Support Executive E-commerce (Chat & Email Process) Location: Kolkata Shift: General Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 15days (60/90 days candidates are not acceptable) Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, payments, returns, and products
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and process guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Meet defined productivity and quality metrics Eligibility Criteria:
- Mandatory full time Graduate
- Experience: 1-4 years (Minimum 9 months in any customer support role)
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome
- Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in US English
- Strong grammar, spelling, and sentence construction skills
- Typing speed of minimum 70 words per minute
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Candidates should NOT be pursuing regular college education
