Job Title: Telecalling/ Back Office Executive

Location: Bardhman

Experience: 0-1 (Freshers with strong Excel can apply)

Fixed salary upto 12k-15k

Job Responsibilities:

Telecalling & Coordination


• Make outbound calls and coordinate with candidates

• Follow up with candidates and provide necessary information

? Back Office Operations


• Maintain and update candidate data in MS Excel

• Handle portal-related tasks and documentation

• Maintain internal trackers and records

• Support daily operational activities

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

- Positive typing speed & attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of HR documentation/onboarding process

- Ability to manage large data efficiently

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)

- Good communication & coordination skills

? Hindi, English & Bengali (any South Indian language is an added advantage)

? Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
