Retail Trainer (West Bengal)

Role & responsibilities
- Conduct retail training sessions to build front-end team capability.
- Track training effectiveness and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Store Managers and Zonal Teams to ensure consistent learning experience.
- Assist in building a robust culture of growth, motivation, and excellence across stores.
- Support HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, and employee engagement.
- On boarding & Training: Designing and implementing induction programs,, orientation modules, and product knowledge workshops..
- Assessment & Development: Evaluating employee performance, analyzing training needs (TNI), and providing feedback to improve performance.
- Operational Compliance: Training staff on, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and merchandising standards.
- Content Creation: Developing training, materials, manuals, and e-learning resources.
