Ground Operations Executive (West Bengal)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day airport operations ensuring on-time performance
- Coordinate between airline operations, ground crew, and terminal teams
- Ensure compliance with DGCA, BCAS, and IATA safety standards
- Handle passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage management processes
- Monitor flight schedules, delays, and operational disruptions
- Train and supervise ground operations teams
- Liaise with ATC, airline representatives, and airport authorities Required Skills:

- Knowledge of airport operations and ground handling procedures
- Understanding of DGCA regulations and aviation safety protocols
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends
- Experience with Departure Control Systems (DCS) preferred
- Permanent role with a reputed aviation group.
