Role & responsibilities As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, ensuring that they align with the overall business objectives and user expectations.

- Expected to be an SME.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with agile practices and project management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
