Key Skills Mandatory Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with Unity or Unreal Engine for game asset integration
- Solid understanding of animation principles: timing, squash & stretch, weight, anticipation, follow-through
- Experience creating explainer videos, educational animations, or children's content
- Ability to work from scripts, storyboards, or rough briefs with minimal direction
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for 2D design work Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA V5, or Rhino for 3D mechanical/engineering modelling
- Knowledge of Roblox Studio scripting or Scratch for game-adjacent projects

- Familiarity with AI-assisted animation tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Pika)
- Experience designing for VR/AR environments (Meta Quest, mobile AR)

- Self-starter who can own a brief end-to-end without constant oversight Job Description We are looking for a talented and versatile 2D & 3D Animation Designer to join our growing Creative team. Based out of our Kolkata studio, the successful candidate will work across a diverse range of animation briefs — from educational explainers and branded video content to character animation, game assets, and architectural visualisations. This role is grounded in a real pipeline of inbound client needs and requires both creative flair and technical delivery capability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable switching between 2D and 3D mediums, can interpret client briefs with minimal hand-holding, and consistently delivers polished, on-brand animations on time. The range of client requirements that this designer will support includes:
- 2D character animation for YouTube, social media, and advertising content
- Educational and e-learning animation (kid-friendly style, Safino-type lesson videos)
- 2D motion graphics and PowerPoint/slide animation
- Fashion illustration, concept art, and storyboarding
- 3D product modelling and retail display stand design
- 3D architectural visualisations, interior renders, and floor plan renderings
- 3D logo animation and brand launch videos (60–90 seconds)
- Game asset creation for 2D platformers and 3D RPGs (Unity / Unreal / Roblox)
- 3D character modelling (stylised anime, children's cartoon characters)
- 3D engineering and mechanical drawing support (SolidWorks, CATIA, STEP/IGES)
- Short-form animated video content (Zack D Films style, fast turnaround)
