Job Description Adeeba E Services are hiring Inbound Technical Support Executives for US Shift (Night Shift).

Desired skills :

1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.

Must know how to close their own calls.

Good communication skills in English.

Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.

Ability to handle customers issues and provide accurate resolution.

Should be flexible working in night shifts.

Freshers/Domestic Bpo candidates are not required.

Salary
- Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
