Job Description – Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation (MLE) Specialist

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Social Science.

Experience:

Minimum 8 of experience in the Public Sector, preferably in the Social Sector.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in social research.

Experience in government- or UN-funded projects preferred.

Knowledge of women’s economic empowerment initiatives in West Bengal is desirable.

Prior experience with World Bank-funded projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement M&E; frameworks and MIS for WEP initiatives.

Design data collection tools and ensure systematic data verification.

Conducted training for PMU teams and analyzed collected data.

Document best practices, success stories, and impact studies.

Oversee program assessments and contribute to research and reporting.
