About the Role We have a global Learning Management System and the candidate needs to manage the system as a Global Administrator and support local & regional admins in terms of resolving their queries, trouble-shooting, escalating unresolved queries to the service provider, organizing & attending Global, Regional admin meetings, imparting training to local & regional admins etc. Additionally the candidate needs to roll out the LMS in various TDK subsidiaries by understanding their location specific needs and adopting required solutions. The candidate also needs to implement automatic data feed, SSO and several integrations with other platforms.
