Application Support Executive (West Bengal)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and
- professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist users with system setup, installation, configuration, and onboarding.
- Support the installation and deployment of software applications and hardware solutions.
- Conduct platform demonstrations to guide customers on effective system usage.
- Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to ensure quick resolution of
- escalated cases.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt
- support. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Computer Science (CS), or a Degree in IT, CS, EC, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward and clear language to customers.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- 04 year of experience in technical support or a similar role (Freshers can apply).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Telugu or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Exposure to healthcare technology or medical devices is a plus.
