Senior Household Manger / Home Personal Assistant (West Bengal)

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and dependable Household Manager / Personal Assistant to a Female CEO to oversee the smooth functioning of a large private residence and support a prominent business Family. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate a large household staff team
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the residence and property
* Manage household maintenance, repairs, vendors, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs)
* Ensure upkeep of the home, pool, utilities, interiors, and overall service standards
* Coordinate schedules, household inventories, supplies, and deliveries
* Handle guest readiness and hospitality arrangements when required
* Maintain systems, records, payments, and follow-ups related to household management
* Assist with personal and administrative tasks for the family when needed
* Ensure discipline, efficiency, and smooth communication among staff Ideal Candidate:
* Prior experience managing a luxury home, bungalow, villa, hotel operations, or high-profile household
* Robust leadership and people-management skills
* Extremely organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
* Trustworthy, polished, discreet, and well-spoken
* Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently
* Basic knowledge of household maintenance systems and vendor coordination preferred
