We are seeking a passionate Distributor Sales Manager to develop new markets and improve overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and expand coverage
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Track competitor activities and market trends Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation (Mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in distribution/Field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
