- Sales & Marketing Job Purpose: To lead and drive sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship activities for aluminium extrusion products across industrial and OEM segments. The role is responsible for achieving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing key accounts, and ensuring profitable business operations in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for aluminium extrusion products.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in sectors such as automotive, electrical, construction, solar, engineering, railways, consumer durables, and industrial applications.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in terms of volume and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, dealers, fabricators, and institutional customers.
- Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and long-term supply agreements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements. Marketing & Market Expansion
- Formulate marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and market penetration.
- Conduct market research for new product development and emerging industry opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meets.
- Support product positioning for value-added and customized extrusion products. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely response, coordination, and issue resolution.
- Handle key customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with production, PPC, quality, and dispatch teams for on-time delivery and customer commitments. Commercial & Operational Coordination
- Monitor order execution, payment collections, outstanding receivables, and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to company policies related to pricing, credit limits, and commercial approvals.
- Analyse sales MIS, forecasts, and market intelligence reports for management review.
- Support annual budgeting and sales forecasting exercises. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team.
- Establish KRAs/KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Drive a performance-oriented and customer-focused culture. Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of aluminium extrusion products, applications, alloys, and market dynamics.
- Excellent sales negotiation and key account management skills.
- Sound commercial and business acumen.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions with customers.
- Leadership and team management capability.
- Proficiency in ERP, MS Excel, CRM tools, and MIS reporting. Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred. Experience

- 15-20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the aluminium extrusion industry.
- Experience in handling OEM and industrial customers is preferred.
