Technical Project Manager - Delivery (West Bengal)

Key Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, cost, quality) Manage multiple projects and ensure alignment with business objectives Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules Lead cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Business, Vendors) Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and best practices Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions Manage change requests, scope creep, and client expectations Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support Technical & Domain Expertise Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience managing projects in: ERP systems (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HR, etc.) Web-based enterprise applications Positive technical understanding of: Backend technologies (PHP/Laravel, Java, .NET or similar) Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) APIs and system integrations Ability to review technical designs and guide architecture decisions Delivery & Program Management Skills Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mc4qs
