Description
Position Overview: The Associate at Logistics & 3rd Party Warehouse Management will oversee day-to-day coordination with multiple 3rd party warehouse service providers across India, manage vendor relationships, ensure accurate inventory reporting, and facilitate smooth import/export and customs clearance processes. This role also requires cross-functional coordination with accounts, sales, and technical support teams, as well as accurate documentation and invoice management. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with multiple 3rd party warehouses for receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor service levels, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Handle invoice verification and approval process for logistics and warehouse vendors.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters for timely deliveries.
- Oversee import/export documentation, customs clearance, and SEZ/FTWZ formalities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, prepare consolidated stock reports, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Accounts, Sales, Technical Support, Service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track delivery schedules and update relevant teams on shipment status.
- Support cost optimization initiatives in logistics and warehousing operations.
- Maintain records in ERP and prepare reports in MS Excel; knowledge of Tally will be an advantage. Vendor Management KPIs:

- On-time dispatch/delivery performance of 3P warehouses.
- Accuracy of stock reports and timely submission.
- Vendor invoice processing turnaround time.
- Cost efficiency in logistics operations.
- Service level adherence and issue resolution time. Qualification & XPERIENCE:

- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- 3
- 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, 3P warehouse management, and vendor handling.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs clearance.
- Experience with SEZ/FTWZ operations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Tally is an advantage.
- Strong vendor management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Benefits:
