Warehouse Associate (West Bengal)

Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, scanning, transportation, and shorting.
- Ensure efficient and safe working practices within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of warehouse activities.
- Implement and follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Participate in quality control measures to ensure high standards of product handling and storage. Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and software.
- Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Duty timing is 9 hours, with options for morning (8am-5pm), day (11am-8pm), or night (9pm-6am) shifts.
