Asset Management Executive (West Bengal)

Job Responsibility:
- 1. Planning & organizing refrigeration assets as per annual business expansion plan & target, Managing and controlling refrigeration assets with FAS-financial asset standards 2. Planning and identifying of warehouse /CNFA and transportation requirements from time to time at optimal cost and increased efficiency to support the sales & marketing team. 3. Ensure warehouse efficiency and manpower productivity OTIF (On Time In Full). 4. Handling transports/ distribution networks as per companys guidelines 5. Asset management & tracking at zero violation of SOP, by channelizing asset movements to ensure accurate stock. 6. Execution of better market asset governance by bar coding and scheduled scanning of assets in the entire territory to minimize asset lost 7. Planning and implementing service network operations for all the channels as per requirement in existing and expanding territories 8. Monitoring the quality of service provided by the service dealers. 9. Asset upkeep & redeployment activities adhering to service compliances 10. Planning service / logistics budget, handling service providers /vendor claims and clearance as per agreed terms & condition Budget. 11. Vendor development to manufacture /procurements of refrigeration spares parts & accessories for PAN India 12. Release a PO, vendors bill checking, processing and payment for PAN India. 13.
