EMSPL is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Operations Manager to lead and manage branch operations while actively contributing to business development and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess solid exposure in security guarding services, facility management operations, manpower deployment, client servicing, and branch-level business growth. This role requires a balanced combination of operations management, team handling, and sales/business development capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and manpower deployment
- Handle client servicing, operational audits, and issue resolution
- Generate new business for Security Guarding & Facility Management services
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and commercial discussions
- Coordinate with HR, recruitment, and accounts teams for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and service quality standards
- Achieve branch revenue and operational targets Requirements
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Security Services / Facility Management / Manpower Industry
- Strong exposure in both Operations & Sales/Business Development
- Good communication, leadership, and client management skills
- Knowledge of manpower operations and labor compliance
- Local market knowledge preferred
