Field Acquisition Executives West Bengal

We are hiring Field Acquisition Executives for a rapidly growing organization in the financial services sector. This is a field-intensive sales role focused on acquiring retail customers and driving investments into financial products.

This opportunity is best suited for candidates with a strong local network, sales-driven mindset, and experience in direct customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities Conduct on-ground sales activities including area visits, activations, and local outreach Acquire and onboard retail customers through direct interaction and networking Promote and drive investments in fixed-income and investment products Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools Independently negotiate and close deals Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and documentation Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets Handle customer objections and deliver effective product pitches Participate in field campaigns, events, and promotional activities

Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales client acquisition Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Broking industry preferred Strong local network and customer connect Proven track record in direct sales and closures Comfortable working in a target-driven, field environment Familiar with CRM tools and sales processes Positive communication skills (English + Local Language) Graduate (any discipline)
