Role & responsibilities:

Functional aspects: Identify suitable suppliers for assorted materials for stores. Negotiate rates lower than current rates with identified suppliers. Identify and appoint contractors for each region to execute stores as per brand guidelines. Set up mechanism to monitor or ensure adequate control on delivered quality of execution of stores. Renovate identified stores as per brand guidelines. Ensure optimization of timelines to open recent stores through effective co-ordination of equipment suppliers, contractors and franchisees. Quotation Estimating Architectural Elements. Implementation various display techniques. Expertise in Space Planning, Site Supervision, project coordination. Instrumental in Budgeting, Vendor finalization for respective contractor zone wise, to coordinate for releasing purchase order and payment on time for respective departments Play vital role in upgrading the existing concept of store interiors and giving brand identity to all the stores Selection of vendors based on the samples, finishing, quality, delivery and price aspect. Placing the PO for various items involve in project. Follow up with Account for payment. Follow up with vendors for procurement, dispatch, delivery and installation of material on site. Coordinating with multiple sites running at same time. Periodic site visit for inspection and site progress.

Preferred candidate profile: The candidate must have hands-on experience in 3D design applications such as AutoCAD or equivalent design software. Robust communication, relationship building and management skills. Self-motivated and results oriented.
