Role & responsibilities:
Represent the organisation professionally in all client interactions, maintaining a polished appearance, solid communication etiquette, and a confident presence. Manage client communication seamlessly through voice calls, chat platforms, and email correspondence, ensuring a premium client experience at every stage.
Understand clients immigration goals and recommend the most suitable visa and migration pathways based on their profile and requirements.
Provide transparent, accurate, and up-to-date guidance regarding visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processing timelines.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients by delivering proactive assistance and personalized consultation support.
Handle lead nurturing and client engagement with a consultative sales approach to maximize conversions and business growth.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to ensure smooth communication and high client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly performance and sales targets through effective counselling and relationship management.
Accurately maintain client records, communication history, and case updates within CRM systems.
Coordinate closely with internal processing and documentation teams to ensure efficient handling of applications and timely updates to clients.
End to end training will be provided throughout all the procesess.
Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (candidates who have completed graduation will be preferred) Freshers are welcome to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English (spoken and written is mandatory) Basic knowledge of MS Office Basic understanding of immigration/visa processes (preferred but not mandatory) Well-groomed and professional appearance suitable for a client-facing role Strong personal presence and confidence in interactions Ability to present oneself professionally in meetings and client conversations High level of qualified etiquette and communication skills
