Tele Caller West Bengal

We are seeking enthusiastic Tele callers to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide customer support. The ideal candidates should have robust communication skills and prior telecalling experience.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain services/products. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively. Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets. Follow up with leads to convert them into successful outcomes. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred). Persuasive and confident telephone etiquette.
